Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) announced on April 30 that it will begin the main subscription process for A7 and A8 blocks in the Bucheon Daejang district, one of the third-generation new towns.
The total supply for these two blocks is 865 units. Of these, 673 units will be allocated to those who were selected in the preliminary subscription, and the remaining 192 units will be offered through general sales. All units are a single type with an exclusive area of 59 square meters, and the sale price is in the 520 million won range. The planned Daejang-Hongdae Line Ojeong Station (tentative name) will be nearby. There is a stream and a waterfront park next to the complex. LH stated that the complex will be designed to be family-friendly, with facilities such as childcare centers and community spaces for residents.
Previously, in the 2021 preliminary subscription, the A7 block recorded a competition rate of 23 to 1, and the A8 block 9 to 1. Applications will be accepted next month, and the winners will be announced in June. Contract signing is scheduled for September, and move-in is planned for January 2028. The housing exhibition center is located in Cheongna-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon, and will be open separately to preliminary subscription winners and general applicants. It will also be available online.
The Bucheon Daejang public housing district is a new town being developed over an area of 3.45 million square meters in Daejang-dong, Ojeong-dong, Wonjong-dong, and Samjeong-dong, Ojeong-gu, Bucheon-si, Gyeonggi-do. Industrial and logistics complexes are nearby, as well as Gimpo Airport and the Magok district. Together with the nearby Incheon Gyeyang New Town, it is planned as a self-sufficient new town.
