To strengthen a sustainable internal integrity system, Seogu plans to establish a dual structure with the "Integrity Leaders Group" and the "Integrity Guardians Group." The district will also reorganize anti-corruption related systems, such as the code of conduct for public officials and operational guidelines for preventing conflicts of interest, to lay the foundation for fostering a culture of integrity.

In addition, to achieve trusted and transparent administration, Seogu will operate the "Integrity Happy Call" system, which monitors corruption-prone areas such as various construction projects, subsidies, and permits on a monthly basis. The district will also strengthen external communication through direct communication channels between the district mayor and residents, such as "BaroMunjaHarangke."

Alongside these efforts, Seogu plans to create a healthy organizational culture by operating various workplace communication programs and conducting internal integrity campaigns to enhance mutual trust among employees and spread a culture of integrity in practice.

Kim Ikang, Mayor of Seogu District, stated, "Integrity is the foundation of administration and the starting point of trust," and added, "We will strengthen anti-corruption and integrity activities to establish a healthy public service culture free from abuse of power and unfair practices."
