NH Nonghyup Bank Launches Organizational Culture Campaign for Employees

Establishment of the "Ten Commandments of Principles and Rules That Must Be Observed"

On April 29, NH Nonghyup Bank announced that it had conducted a "Ten Commandments of Principles and Rules That Must Be Observed" campaign the previous day, aimed at spreading an organizational culture that is faithful to principles and rules.

The Ten Commandments include fundamental ethical standards for financial professionals, such as promoting a culture of mutual respect within the organization, prohibiting personal activities during working hours, and banning the acceptance of money or entertainment. Through this company-wide campaign, the bank aims to become a trusted institution for customers by strengthening internal controls and establishing strict work discipline.

Kang Taeyoung, President of NH Nonghyup Bank, stated, "Upholding the basics and principles is the starting point of customer trust and the key to sustainable growth," adding, "Through this campaign, all executives and employees of NH Nonghyup Bank will do their utmost to become a bank that customers trust and choose."
