Low-Sugar Balanced Nutritional Drink
for Growing Children
Daesang Wellife announced on April 29 that its New Care brand has launched two types of "New Care My Kids Low Sugar," a low-sugar balanced nutritional drink designed to support the healthy daily life and proper eating habits of growing children.
New Care My Kids Low Sugar is a balanced nutritional drink for children, formulated to reduce the burden of sugar intake while still being enjoyable to drink. Each 150mL serving contains only 3.7g of sugar, which is approximately 78% less than the domestic mixed beverage average (about 16.9g). As a lactose-free product, it is designed so that growing children can consume it with greater confidence.
In particular, the drink contains the five essential nutrients for growing children?carbohydrates, protein, fat, vitamins, and minerals?in a balanced manner. In addition, a total of 13 vitamins and minerals have been added to provide a comprehensive nutritional profile. Each pack contains 5g of protein, which can help support protein intake during growth.
The new product is available in two flavors: chocolate and savory. The chocolate flavor offers a smooth chocolate taste that children enjoy, while the savory flavor highlights the rich, natural taste of milk, allowing children to choose according to their preference. Furthermore, the product has received the "Children’s Preferred Food Quality Certification" from the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety, which certifies safe and nutritionally balanced foods for children, providing parents with greater confidence in their choice.
