On April 23, an anonymous donor delivered a donation of 12.5 million won to the community center in Myeonmok 7-dong, Jungnang-gu, spreading warmth throughout the local community.
On that day, the donor handed over a plastic bag containing cash and carefully expressed their wish for the funds to be used for child welfare facilities and neighbors in need within the area, then immediately left the scene.
The donated funds will be entrusted to the Seoul Community Chest of Korea and are expected to be used to support child welfare facilities and neighbors in need in the local area.
Ryu Gyeonggi, head of Jungnang-gu District Office, said, "I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the donor who practiced such precious sharing in anonymity," and added, "We will honor the donor's warm intentions and deliver the donation with care to those in need."
