Woori Card announced on the 28th that it held a 'Customer Panel Launch Ceremony' at its headquarters in Gwanghwamun, Jongno-gu, Seoul, on the 25th and presented letters of appointment to the panel members.

This year, Woori Card has established an online customer panel. The company plans to expand its customer communication channels by operating the online panel alongside the existing offline customer panel, which focuses on discussions.
Jinseongwon, President of Woori Card, stated, "It is essential to reflect customer opinions from the planning stage, such as product launches, to every moment at the customer touchpoint," adding, "Through the customer panel system, we will listen to consumers' feedback directly and without any filtering."
