The NDD curriculum, introduced for the first time this year, is a program designed to enhance logical thinking, expressive skills, and problem-solving abilities in order to boost students' competitiveness for college admissions. In particular, it focuses on providing practical support for college entrance interviews and essay-based admissions processes.
This first-half program is being offered to 24 second-year high school students who were recommended by their principals. The intensive classes will be held every Saturday for a total of 34 hours, and students who complete the course will receive 2 academic credits.
The instructors are field experts with extensive experience in teaching college entrance essays and interview preparation. Students will participate in group discussions and debates, as well as receive individualized essay guidance. The curriculum covers strategies for college essay and interview admissions, analysis of essay prompts, essay writing methods, solving past exam questions, and interview and presentation skills.
Superintendent Lee Jungseon stated, "I hope this program will provide practical help for students preparing for college admissions," and added, "We will actively support students so that they can develop logical thinking and expressive skills to strengthen their own competitiveness."
