Yuanta Securities Launches Stock Gifting Event for Family and Friends

Cake and Coffee Vouchers, Stock Coupon Giveaway Event

Yuanta Securities is holding the "Ask and Get a Gift Event" for customers using its stock gifting service from April 28 to May 23, in celebration of Family Month in May.

Yuanta Securities' stock gifting service allows users to send not only domestic stocks but also U.S. stocks and gold bullion as gifts to family or acquaintances, simply by knowing the recipient's name and mobile phone number.

By selecting the stock and amount to gift, the sender can initiate the gift, and once the recipient accepts, the corresponding amount is deposited into the recipient’s account and the stock order is automatically placed. Recipients can also change the stock within the gifted amount if they wish.

First, there will be a roulette event where every participant wins a prize. Customers who send stock gifts worth at least 50,000 KRW and whose acquaintances complete the acceptance process will receive one chance to spin the roulette. Prizes include cake vouchers, coffee vouchers, or stock coupons worth 20,000 KRW, 10,000 KRW, or 5,000 KRW. New Yuanta Securities customers who receive stock gifts for the first time will also receive a cake voucher.

Additionally, customers who share the event with three friends via KakaoTalk will receive a coffee voucher. Those who complete both the roulette event and the KakaoTalk sharing will receive an additional coffee voucher.

Yuanta Securities customers can use the stock gifting service through the mobile stock investment platform "TRADER M." Non-customers can open an account remotely via the link in the gift notification message and then receive the gift. Even minors can easily open an account with a parent’s ID, a family relationship certificate, and a basic certificate.

Customers can participate in the event by applying through the website, TRADER (HTS), or TRADER M (MTS).
