Good Morning Safari Tram Program Operated
Everland, operated by the Resort Division of Samsung C&T Corporation, has prepared a variety of programs for the whole family to enjoy together in celebration of May, known as Family Month in Korea, which includes Children’s Day and Parents’ Day.
During the holiday period starting May 3, Everland will attract family visitors through a range of on-site and online events, including live professional baseball broadcasts, safari experiences, and Sanrio Characters sensory activities.
From May 3 to May 6, the outdoor garden Four Seasons Garden will host the "Baseball Week" event. In collaboration with the Korea Baseball Organization (KBO) and each team, Everland will broadcast professional baseball games live on a giant LED screen measuring 24 meters wide and 11 meters high, equipped with surround sound.
The games to be broadcast live have been selected through voting on the Everland mobile app and feature popular team matchups. On May 3, Doosan vs. Samsung; on May 4, Hanwha vs. KIA; on May 5, Samsung vs. Hanwha; and on May 6, LG vs. Doosan will be broadcast live.
The first 150 visitors each day who wear the uniform of the teams playing that day will receive a cheering towel, and a "Kids Dance Time" event will be held for children. Near Four Seasons Garden, the Holland Village will open the "European Beer Market" starting May 1, offering a variety of beers.
At the "Samsung Lions Store" inside Everland, limited-edition collaboration goods have been released. On May 3 at Daegu Samsung Lions Park, Samsung players will wear uniforms featuring Bao Family characters, and head zookeeper Kang Chulwon will throw a special ceremonial first pitch as part of the "Everland Day" event.
From May 1 to June 8, the "Good Morning Safari Special Tram" program will be operated. Participants will move to Safari World before opening hours and board a tram with a big cat specialist zookeeper to observe the morning routines of tigers, lions, and brown bears. The tram experience lasts about 25 minutes, and participants will receive a commemorative badge featuring big cat characters. This experience is paid and can be reserved in advance through the Everland mobile app.
Sea Lion Village, where visitors can observe sea lions and seals, reopened as a free-roaming space on May 1. At Super Wings Animal Talk, an environmental protection quiz event will be held during the Children’s Day holiday period.
At Four Seasons Garden, an interactive program themed around the global IP "Sanrio Characters" will run until June 15. There will also be original dance performances featuring characters such as Cinnamoroll, Hello Kitty, and Pochacco.
Interactive online events will also be held. On Everland and Titanam’s Instagram accounts, a special "Grown-up’s Day Free Pass Workshop" event will take place from April 30 to May 12. All members of selected office worker teams who submit stories via comments will receive invitations to Everland, admission tickets, priority ride passes, and food and beverage vouchers, while department heads will receive two additional Everland admission tickets.
On the Everland mobile app, a time-attack roulette event will be held for visitors during the holiday period. Prizes include professional baseball cheering towels, gift cards, and smoked sausages, and there will also be a separate roulette event exclusively for children.
Caribbean Bay, which has been refreshed for spring, began reopening its outdoor water facilities sequentially from May 1. Major attractions such as the wave pool and Mega Storm have resumed operation, and families can enjoy them during the Children’s Day holiday period.
