Selection of Stores for Mutual Growth Recommended by Riders
Woowa Brothers, which is responsible for the logistics services of Baemin, announced on April 28 that it had conducted the "Kind Store Recommended by Riders" campaign, expressing gratitude to stores that have practiced cooperation and consideration at delivery sites, based on recommendations from riders.
This campaign was planned with the aim of spreading the value of mutual growth by introducing heartwarming cases from the field, especially at a time when conflicts have been arising in delivery sites due to issues such as poor packaging and cooking delays.

Prior to the campaign, Woowa Brothers collected recommendations for "kind stores" that riders wanted to thank, through the Baemin Connect application. Based on survey items such as safe packaging, on-time cooking, courteous service, and small acts of consideration, the company visited the owners of the top 40 selected stores together with riders to deliver thank-you gifts in person.
Woowa Brothers is making various efforts to spread a culture of mutual respect between riders and store owners throughout the delivery industry. In fact, in addition to this campaign, Woowa Brothers is also working to prevent conflicts and enable flexible responses by providing reasonable compensation such as pickup waiting bonuses in situations like cooking delays, and by establishing relevant structures.
A representative from Woowa Brothers stated, "Through this campaign, which was launched to re-examine the delivery ecosystem from the perspective of respect and consideration, we hope to foster a culture in which store owners and riders trust and support each other. We will continue our efforts to create a healthy delivery ecosystem based on mutual growth among stakeholders."
