Siheung Geobukseom "Wave Park" to Open at Night Starting in May

Siheung City in Gyeonggi Province announced on April 28 that Wave Park on Geobukseom Island will be open at night from May 1 to October 31.

Wave Park is an artificial surfing park established on Geobukseom Island in Siheung, covering an area of 166,613 square meters. Since last year, the city has opened the park at night so that visitors to Geobukseom Island can enjoy the nighttime scenery.

The area open at night is the "Surf Zone" within Wave Park, which will be accessible from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. There is no admission fee. The city plans to expand the night opening area to include the entire park when the "Miokosta Zone" is launched.
