Through this agreement, the two organizations plan to establish a cooperative framework to strengthen the competitiveness of the construction industry. The agreement includes provisions for technical support and information sharing to efficiently carry out public housing projects.
The two organizations intend to form a working-level council to develop measures for easing regulations and improving systems that hinder the development of the construction industry. They also plan to discuss joint research and policy support to enhance safety management and quality at construction sites. In addition, they will collaborate on expanding housing supply and improving working conditions.
Hwang Sangha, President of SH Corporation, stated, "With this agreement as a starting point, we will actively work to improve unnecessary regulations and systems that hinder the development of the construction industry."
