From April 28 to May 11
Dongbu Construction announced on April 25 that it will conduct open recruitment for new employees from April 28 to May 11.
The recruitment fields include civil engineering, architecture, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and administration. Preference will be given to candidates who hold job-related certifications, those with strong language skills, and those with a master's degree or higher.
The selection process will proceed in the following order: document screening, AI competency assessment, and interviews with working-level staff and executives. Successful candidates will undergo an introductory training program before being assigned to the headquarters or field sites.
Dongbu Construction stated that it decided to conduct open recruitment to secure talent in line with its goal of achieving 10 trillion won in orders and diversifying its business operations.
In addition, the company conducted an introductory training program for 26 newly hired experienced employees in the first half of the year. This program was designed to help participants understand Dongbu Construction's future direction and organizational culture. It included sessions on the company's organizational structure and construction accounting practices. A trekking program was also organized to help employees build mutual rapport.
A Dongbu Construction official stated, "We believe that investment in talent development should continue even in challenging external environments," adding, "As our business grows, our demand for talent is also increasing, so we plan to continue hiring steadily this year."
