Tenant applications for both special and general supply will be conducted sequentially over three days: April 30 (Wednesday), May 2 (Friday), and May 7 (Wednesday). The announcement of successful applicants is scheduled for May 12 (Tuesday), and the contract signing will take place over three days from May 21 (Wednesday) to May 23 (Friday).
This complex, supplied as public-supported private rental housing, limits rent increases to within the legal cap of 5%, allows tenants to reside for up to ten years, and eliminates concerns about moving. Any homeless individual or household member aged 19 or older with Korean nationality is eligible to apply.
During the lease period, tenants are exempt from acquisition tax and property tax, and the unit does not count toward the total number of owned residences. Additionally, tenants can move out at their discretion by submitting a move-out request three months in advance of the scheduled departure date.
Notably, this complex offers protection from external risks such as rental fraud or sudden rent increases, which is expected to drive high demand among consumers. All units are enrolled in HUG guarantee insurance, enhancing deposit security. Both the deposit and monthly rent increase rates are limited to within the legal cap of 5%, making them more affordable compared to general for-sale housing.
