On April 24, at Kingsdale GC in Chungju, North Chungcheong Province, Duksin EPC, the tournament organizer, announced that the winner will receive a total of 360 million KRW, consisting of a winner's prize of 180 million KRW and an additional bonus of 180 million KRW. This tournament was newly established this year. However, the bonus amount will not be reflected in the KLPGA Tour money rankings. Chairman Kim Myunghwan stated, "I hope that the players will achieve even better results in this tournament, leading to an overall improvement in the level of Korean women's golf."
