This program was established to help young people understand everyday stress, learn coping strategies tailored to themselves, and prevent psychological trauma. In particular, it focuses on enabling students to actively manage stress and emotional difficulties?not simply endure them?by practicing psychological stabilization techniques such as breathing exercises.

Additionally, the program aims to foster an attitude of valuing one's own life and the lives of others, and to cultivate the ability to care for oneself, thereby supporting young people in growing up healthy and safe.

Park Hyunsu, Director of the Goryeong County Youth Counseling and Welfare Center, stated, "We will actively support our students so that from a young age, they can learn to value their own lives, acquire various self-care methods, recognize the importance of mental health, and grow up healthy."
