Aton Expands Public Sector Presence with AI Chat and Chatbot Solutions

Fintech security company Aton announced on April 24 that it has registered its AI chatbot and chat consultation solution exclusively for public institutions, 'GitpleChat K', on the Public Procurement Service's Nara Marketplace Digital Service Mall and will begin expanding into the public sector market.

'GitpleChat K' is a public sector-specialized solution based on Aton's AI chatbot and chat consultation service, 'Aton Intelligence Communication Center (AICC)'. With its official registration on the Nara Marketplace Digital Service Mall, public institutions and local governments can now adopt 'GitpleChat K' quickly and easily, without the complex administrative procedures typically required for general competitive bidding.

Supplied as a SaaS, GitpleChat K significantly reduces initial setup costs and ongoing system maintenance personnel expenses compared to traditional on-premises models, supporting efficient budget execution. Aton plans to accelerate digital innovation in public institutions in line with the government's policy to transition the public sector to cloud-native systems.

The Aton Intelligence Communication Center became the first chat service in the industry to obtain CSAP (Cloud Security Certification) from the Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA), thereby meeting the security requirements of public institutions.

When necessary, they can seamlessly connect citizens to professional chat consultants, thereby increasing user satisfaction."
