Onard Beomeo is a mixed-use complex being developed on the former Daegu MBC site by POSCO E&C, a company that has successfully constructed luxury residential facilities such as LCT in Haeundae, Busan, and Brighton N40 in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. Located at 1 Beomeo-dong, the complex will consist of five buildings ranging from six basement levels to 33 above-ground floors, including apartments, residential officetels, and retail facilities. Of these, the apartments will comprise four buildings with 604 units, each with an exclusive area of 136 to 242 square meters.

Industry insiders evaluate that Onard Beomeo possesses a variety of features that could elevate Daegu's top-tier residential standards.

First, its location at 1 Beomeo-dong, in Suseong-gu?an area often referred to as the "Gangnam of Daegu"?gives it symbolic value. Additionally, the fact that all units are large-sized, newly built luxury apartments?a rarity in Daegu?further distinguishes the development.

An industry official stated, "Onard Beomeo has secured the core values of top-tier residences: symbolism and rarity, which is why it continues to attract significant market interest. Moreover, the complex will feature a variety of specialized designs reflecting a high-end lifestyle, raising expectations even further."

In practice, Onard Beomeo will incorporate luxurious design and finishes throughout. For the first time in Daegu, the complex will offer an in-house cinema, as well as exclusive amenities for residents such as a sky lounge, sky fitness center, and Pilates room, all of which will provide a high level of community facilities.

Furthermore, by introducing concierge services for the first time in Daegu, the complex plans to pioneer a high-end residential culture that has been rare in the region.

In addition, the interior finishes of the complex will feature top-tier specifications. Major finishes will include world-renowned premium brands such as Italian kitchen furniture "Dada," German bathroom brand "GROHE," and Italian luxury tile "Atlas Concorde."

As a result, Onard Beomeo attracted a record-breaking crowd of over 1,000 people at a real estate business briefing held on the 2nd, ahead of the official sales launch, reflecting the intense interest from the local real estate industry.

An official from A Real Estate in Suseong-gu, Daegu, commented, "This is a product that can set a new standard for high-end apartments in Daegu, which has been stagnant for a long time. In particular, as demand for newly built, large-scale high-end apartments is steadily increasing among local asset holders, interest in the sales launch is expected to remain high."

Meanwhile, Onard Beomeo is currently operating its private promotional lounge, "Onard Lounge," in the Beomeo-dong area of Suseong-gu, Daegu, on a reservation-only basis. The model home is scheduled to open in May in the Hwanggeum-dong area of Suseong-gu, Daegu.
