Signing of Business Agreement with Korea Polytechnic University
The Inno-Biz Association announced on April 23 that it had signed a business agreement with Korea Polytechnic University at the Korea Polytechnic headquarters in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, aimed at strengthening the capabilities of Inno-Biz companies and creating jobs.
This agreement was established with the goal of cultivating practical technical talent by utilizing the educational infrastructure of Korea Polytechnic University in response to the accelerating digital transformation, alleviating the manpower shortage faced by Inno-Biz companies, and enhancing their innovation capabilities. The signing ceremony was attended by Jung Gwangcheon, President of the Inno-Biz Association, Lee Cheolsoo, Chairman of Korea Polytechnic University, and other representatives from both organizations.

The main areas of cooperation include: fostering outstanding talent at Korea Polytechnic University and facilitating matches with Inno-Biz companies; mutual utilization of facilities and equipment infrastructure owned by Korea Polytechnic University and Inno-Biz companies; supporting the strengthening of Inno-Biz companies' capabilities through employee training; and developing customized support programs for Inno-Biz companies through collaboration on government and local government projects.
Through this partnership, the two organizations will conduct preliminary demand surveys targeting Inno-Biz companies, operate practical training programs tailored to the characteristics of each region and industry, and support employee capacity building and talent matching through the cultivation of technical talent. In addition, Korea Polytechnic University will support Inno-Biz companies in utilizing its industry-specific specialized infrastructure as a testbed for new technologies.
President Jung stated, "The association will continue to actively foster talent who will lead technological innovation at Inno-Biz companies."
