Recently, Coway has been sweeping major domestic brand evaluations, further solidifying its position as a leading company in the environmental home appliance industry.
Coway has proven its brand competitiveness by achieving strong results in the following: the Top 100 Korean Brands for the first quarter of 2025, the 2025 Korea Brand Star, and the 2025 Korea Brand Power Index (K-BPI).
In the "Top 100 Korean Brands for the First Quarter of 2025," announced by Brandstock, a brand value evaluation company, Coway rose three spots to rank 32nd compared to its annual ranking in 2024. The "Top 100 Korean Brands" is a system that selects the top 100 brands with the highest scores out of about 1,000 brands across more than 230 major domestic industries, based on the patented brand value evaluation model BSTI (BrandStock Top Index).
In the "2025 Korea Brand Star" survey conducted by Brandstock, Coway achieved a triple crown by ranking first in brand value for 20 consecutive years in the water purifier category, and for 21 consecutive years in both the air purifier and bidet categories. Korea Brand Star is a brand value evaluation certification system that announces the top brand in terms of brand value in each major sector of the domestic industry.
In the "2025 Korea Brand Power Index (K-BPI)" survey conducted by Korea Management Association Consulting (KMAC), Coway also ranked first in the water purifier category for the 27th consecutive year. Since the launch of the Korea Brand Power Index in 1999, Coway has never missed the top spot, making it the only brand in the home appliance sector to achieve first place for 27 consecutive years. In this survey, Coway also ranked first for 23 consecutive years in both the air purifier and bidet categories, sweeping the top spot in all environmental home appliance categories.
The main reason Coway continues to achieve strong results in various brand evaluations lies in its innovative products. Every year, Coway focuses on launching market-leading innovative products such as the "Icon Series," "Noble Series," and "Lulu Double Care Bidet 2."
The Icon Series, including the Icon Water Purifier 2 and Icon Ice Water Purifier, has consistently gained popularity thanks to its ultra-compact size, sophisticated design, and various user-friendly features. As a result, it became the first Coway water purifier series to surpass cumulative sales of 1.6 million units.
Products such as smart mattresses, massage beds, Pebble Chairs, and Triple Chairs under the Birex brand have also received strong responses from consumers, thanks to their unique technological strengths. As a result, Coway's domestic rental sales volume last year reached 1.71 million units, a 14.1% increase compared to the same period the previous year, marking significant growth.
