The Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education is taking steps to improve the efficiency of salary administration for educational public officials.
On April 23, the Office announced that it will distribute the revised edition of the "2025 Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education Educational Public Officials Salary Administration Manual" to all schools.

The revised edition includes a variety of detailed examples reflecting changes such as wage payment standards, revisions to ordinary wage calculations, and improvements to customized welfare benefits for educational public officials.
The Office plans to expand its pool of salary training instructors for educational public officials and to conduct quarterly salary training sessions every year, actively utilizing this revised manual during the training.
Kim Jae-su, Director of Labor-Management Cooperation at the Office, stated, "We expect that the stable operation of the fourth-generation NEIS salary system, salary integration, the distribution of the revised manual, and salary lectures will further enhance the efficiency of salary administration for educational public officials."
