Samsung Securities' Trot Music Video "Usanghyang Insaeng" Surpasses 1 Million Views

"Usanghyang Insaeng" is a project designed to deliver messages of comfort and empathy to those exhausted by investing in volatile markets.

This song incorporated artificial intelligence (AI) technology throughout the entire process, from lyric writing to music production and post-production of the music video. Samsung Securities wrote the lyrics themselves and produced the music using an AI composition tool based on keywords such as "trot," "exciting music," and "cheer." Even the singer's voice was generated by AI.

The music video features a real actor lip-syncing, with live-action filming conducted in a large studio. Various visual effects, including waves, water, and flames, were all created using an AI video production tool. As a result, most scenes except for the actor and the background were completed with AI technology.

The main viewers of this content were people in their 20s and 30s. Approximately 77% of the total views came from the MZ generation, demonstrating that Samsung Securities' brand message is resonating strongly with younger audiences. In the future, short-form content based on this music video will also be released sequentially.

YouTube comments include heartfelt reactions such as, "It's so addictive, I don't know how many times I've replayed it," "Who understands my feelings this well?" and "I wish my stocks would go upward like this."

A representative from Samsung Securities stated, "We will continue to introduce a variety of content that allows us to communicate more closely with our customers," adding, "We aim to spread a positive investment culture through music."

Meanwhile, Samsung Securities produces a "Suneungsong," a cheering song for test-takers, every year during the college entrance exam season, and is actively conducting music-based branding activities through various music content such as "Yeongeum-a Naegero-Eoiyu" and "Songs to Listen to While Investing."

In addition, Samsung Securities provides a range of content through its YouTube channel, including "Tujanecut," which delivers financial investment information quickly and easily, and "Stories That Stimulate Dopamine About Money," which shares various stories related to financial technology.
