Korea Federation of Small and Medium Business and Korea Simple Payment Promotion Agency Join Forces to Support Small Business Owners

Pledging Digital Transformation for Small Business Owners

The Korea Federation of Small and Medium Business announced on April 22, 2025, that it had signed a business agreement with the Korea Simple Payment Promotion Agency at the Federation's conference room in Yeouido, Seoul, and agreed to cooperate in supporting the management stability and growth of small business owners.


This agreement was established so that the two organizations could share information about small business members and recommend membership, in order to jointly discover and promote the organization of small business owners and sustainable, mutually beneficial cooperative projects.

Accordingly, the two organizations plan to actively pursue various on-site, mutually beneficial projects that small business owners can directly experience, such as the expansion of the Zero Pay project, which is the Korea Simple Payment Promotion Agency’s main business, as well as the organization and welfare improvement of small business owners.


Choi Tongju, Chairman of the Korea Simple Payment Promotion Agency, said, "This agreement will be a meaningful step toward providing practical management stability and sustainable growth for small business owners, who are important economic players in our society," and added, "Together with the Korea Federation of Small and Medium Business, we will jointly discover and promote effective projects that reflect the voices from the field."


Song Chiyoung, Chairman of the Korea Federation of Small and Medium Business, said, "Now that a foundation for close cooperation between the two organizations has been established, I hope that support policies that truly resonate with small business owners will be systematically implemented through active exchanges of policies and projects," and added, "With this agreement, I hope both organizations will become driving forces for the digital transformation of small businesses and overcoming crises."
