Previously, the provincial Fire and Disaster Headquarters conducted the evaluation over the past year based on a total of seven categories, including the creation of a safe environment in residents' daily lives and the preemptive elimination of safety risks for residents. The evaluation used 25 assessment indicators (such as strengthening fire safety education for residents and performance in implementing resident safety support policies) and 49 detailed indicators (such as achievements in fire safety education for residents and the rate of inspections and access to hazardous material manufacturing facilities).
