IDIS Powertel Launches Slim Walkie-Talkie "Larger Lite3" Priced at 264,000 Won

On April 21, IDIS Powertel, a wireless communication service provider, announced the launch of its slim LTE walkie-talkie, the "Larger Lite3 (RADGER Lite3)."

Larger Lite3

The Larger Lite is a walkie-talkie dedicated LTE device first released in 2017. It is a slim model that significantly reduces both the size and weight of the device, making it easy to carry. It is particularly suitable for service industries such as golf courses, retail, and hotels, where portability and cost-effectiveness are important considerations.

Compared to its predecessor, the Larger Lite3 features enhanced durability and improved walkie-talkie usability. It supports IP68-rated waterproof and dustproof functions, and allows users to conveniently adjust channels or volume with a knob dial. In addition, a locking-type ear jack has been applied for stable earset communication.

Furthermore, to ensure clear and crisp communication even in outdoor work environments, the speaker output has been increased from the previous 2W to 3W. A high-quality AI walkie-talkie service that eliminates howling and noise is also provided as an additional service. The retail price is set at 264,000 won, which is about 35% lower than the standard Larger device, and a two-year free after-sales service is offered.

IDIS Powertel explained that with the addition of the slim Larger Lite3 to its lineup, alongside last year's standard "Larger+ 20" and rugged "Larger TX" models, the upgrade of its LTE walkie-talkie lineup is now complete.
