According to the Korea Meteorological Administration on the 20th, morning lows on the 21st will range from 7 to 16 degrees Celsius nationwide, while daytime highs will be between 18 and 27 degrees Celsius, which is about 2 to 6 degrees higher than the seasonal average. In Seoul, the daytime high is expected to reach 26 degrees Celsius, similar to early summer levels.
In inland areas, the difference between daytime and nighttime temperatures will be around 15 degrees Celsius, while in the inland and mountainous regions of Gangwon and the northern inland areas of North Gyeongsang, the difference will be around 20 degrees Celsius. Residents are advised to take care of their health due to these significant temperature fluctuations.
Skies will be mostly clear nationwide, but Jeju Island is expected to see frequent cloud cover and some rain in certain areas during the early morning hours. The expected rainfall is less than 5 millimeters. Fine dust concentrations will remain at 'good' to 'moderate' levels across all regions, thanks to smooth atmospheric dispersion.
Wave heights will range from 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the East and South Seas, and from 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the West Sea. Most maritime areas will experience fog, and island regions may see dense fog with visibility less than 200 meters, as well as areas of drizzle, so caution is advised.
