Gyeongbuk Gumi Office of Education Holds Training to Enhance School Life Records Entry Competency

Training on 2025 School Life Records Revisions for Teachers

The Gyeongbuk Gumi Office of Education held a 'School Life Records Entry Competency Enhancement' training session for 60 teachers from middle and special high schools at the main conference room of the Gumi Office of Education from April 17 to 18.

This training was organized to inform teachers about the revised guidelines and key points for the 2025 school year School Life Records Entry. It focused on methods for fair and accurate entry and management of school life records.


During the training, various topics were covered, including academic record processing, personal and academic information, attendance, creative experiential activities, subject learning development, behavioral characteristics, and comprehensive comments. The session also provided guidance on how to manage these items more efficiently.


Shin Woonshik, head of the Education Support Division at the Gumi Office of Education, stated, "The work of managing school life records is an important task that reflects students' growth processes, so teachers' competency is crucial." He urged, "Please make every effort to accurately understand the revised guidelines from the 2025 school year and ensure fair entries, so that the records can be trusted by students."


This training is expected to be an important opportunity for teachers to enhance fairness in school life records entry and to transparently document students' academic achievements and growth.
