This agreement was established to facilitate the participation of the Busan Veterans Support Center in the senior employment support program. The two organizations signed a memorandum of understanding covering all aspects of employment projects, including recruitment support for senior-appropriate positions, and pledged to work together to promote the employment of veterans.

A representative from the Veterans Support Center stated, "We are pursuing business agreements with various local organizations and groups to discover suitable jobs for our veteran members and to promote their employment. We hope that, through this agreement, veterans will be introduced to a wider range of job opportunities across different fields."

The Veterans Support Centers, which are established and operated at 10 locations nationwide, provide a variety of employment and entrepreneurship support services for veterans who have served for five years or more in mid- to long-term positions. These services include one-on-one career counseling, job information, educational and training subsidies, and career transition support payments.
