Selected as "Best Law Firm to Work For" for 17 Consecutive Years
Law firm Bae, Kim & Lee LLC (Taepyeongyang) has been selected as the "Best Law Firm to Work For" by Asian Legal Business (ALB), a leading legal publication in the Asia-Pacific region, for the 17th consecutive year.
Each year, ALB surveys members of major law firms in the Asia-Pacific region on job satisfaction, compensation, work-life balance, career prospects, mentorship, job security, and promotion transparency to select the "Best Law Firm to Work For."
Since taking office last year, Bae, Kim & Lee's managing partner Lee Junki has introduced a "matrix organization" system. This structure enables support staff to collaborate organically with specialized teams. Lee stated, "Bae, Kim & Lee's competitiveness stems from a collaborative and communicative organizational culture, as well as a commitment to integrity."
