Pukyong National University Donates 5.17 Million Won for Wildfire Relief Fund

Pukyong National University (President Bae Sanghoon) has donated relief funds to help residents affected by wildfires.

Pukyong National University announced that it delivered a donation of 5,175,000 KRW to the National Disaster Relief Association on the 18th to support areas in Ulsan, North Gyeongsang, and South Gyeongsang that were damaged by wildfires.

The donation was raised through a fundraising campaign held from the 7th to the 11th, with 116 faculty members, staff, and teaching assistants voluntarily participating.

This fund will be used to help stabilize the lives of wildfire victims and support recovery efforts.

President Bae Sanghoon said, "Together with the university community, I would like to extend our condolences to those affected by the wildfires, and I hope this donation will be of some help."
