New Marketing Campaigns for Domestic and International Customers
Receive Up to 30,000 KRW Pay with April-May Airline Tickets
Lotte Duty Free announced on the 18th that it will launch a new marketing campaign targeting both domestic and international customers and conduct various online and offline promotions.

First, the campaign slogan for domestic customers was set as 'Shopping, Before You Leave.' The company explained that it reflects the characteristic of duty-free shopping, which can only be enjoyed within a limited time before traveling. The campaign slogan for foreign customers is 'Tax-Free is Good, Duty-Free is Better.' The aim is to raise awareness of duty-free purchases by emphasizing the benefits of duty-free compared to tax-free. Lotte Duty Free plans to carry out outdoor advertising campaigns at major subway stations in Seoul and locations frequently visited by foreign tourists.
To commemorate the campaign launch, special promotions will also be held. Until the 4th of next month, customers can enjoy discounts of up to 70% on 41 famous brands such as Ferragamo, Tory Burch, Est?e Lauder, La Prairie, and Johnnie Walker at Lotte Duty Free offline stores. Additionally, until the 31st of next month, customers presenting airline tickets for April and May at all Lotte Duty Free downtown stores will receive up to 30,000 KRW in PRE LDF PAY. Customers who verify their duty-free shopping on social networking services (SNS) can receive an additional 5,000 KRW in LDF PAY. Until June 8th, domestic customers who are two weeks away from departure will be offered up to 20,000 KRW in PRE LDF PAY.
Until the 11th of next month, Lotte Internet Duty Free will hold a 'Shop Just Before Departure' special exhibition. Through the Hot Deal 25 event, 25 products across various categories available at Lotte Internet Duty Free, from popular cosmetics such as Aesop, Decort?, and SK-II to fashion items like Maison Kitsun? cardigans, will be discounted by up to 65%. Four types of alcoholic beverages popular among domestic customers, including Kavalan Grand Reserve NO2, Dassai Umeshu, Cognac XO Borderie Family Reserves, and Maotai, will also be available. A special coupon giveaway event has been prepared as well. From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. daily, discount coupons of up to 15% will be provided, and customers using affiliated travel agencies, airlines, and credit card companies will receive additional monetary discounts.
During the event period, a prize event will be held in collaboration with Jeju Air and the Macao Tourism Board. Domestic customers who purchase over 200 USD at Lotte Internet Duty Free and complete the delivery of duty-free goods will be entered into a drawing to win various prizes, including ▲Jeju Air round-trip tickets to Macao ▲Dr. Tangle high-frequency massager ▲50,000 Jeju Air J Points ▲Lotte Duty Free special coupons.
