GH, Supply of Office and Religious Land in Godeok District

Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) will supply office and religious land parcels in the Pyeongtaek Godeok Internationalization Planning District through bidding and lottery methods, respectively.

The office facility land parcel offered this time is located near Seojeong-ri Station, with a supply area of 1,822㎡ (approximately 552 pyeong) and a supply price of 20.89 million KRW per 3.3㎡. A 5-year interest-free installment plan is also available. The religious facility land parcel has a supply area of 560㎡ (approximately 169 pyeong) and a supply price of 7.58 million KRW per 3.3㎡. A 3-year interest-free installment plan is possible. Both parcels offer a 5% discount for advance payment.

The bidding and lottery will be conducted through the GH Land Subscription System on the 30th of this month, and the successful bidders and winners will sign contracts on May 7.

The Godeok Internationalization Planning District is a representative new town in the southern metropolitan area with a project area of 13,422,000㎡ and a population capacity of 140,000. Nearby is the Samsung Electronics Pyeongtaek Campus, and it boasts excellent transportation infrastructure including Subway Line 1 (Seojeong-ri Station), SRT (Jije Station), Gyeongbu Expressway, and Seohaean Expressway.
