According to the Gwangju Meteorological Administration, the region will be on the edge of a high-pressure system located over the southern seas of Japan. Morning lows will range from 11 to 16 degrees Celsius, and daytime highs will be between 18 and 27 degrees Celsius.
Morning lows will be 11 degrees in Goheung, 12 degrees in Sinan, Muan, Jindo, Haenam, Hwasun, Gokseong, and Gurye, 13 degrees in Hampyeong, Yeonggwang, Jangseong, Damyang, Naju, Yeongam, Gangjin, and Suncheon, 14 degrees in Yeosu, Gwangyang, Wando, and Mokpo, and 15 degrees in Gwangju.
Daytime highs will be 27 degrees in Gokseong and Gurye, 26 degrees in Gwangju, Damyang, and Hwasun, 25 degrees in Jangseong, Suncheon, Gwangyang, and Jangheung, 24 degrees in Naju, Yeongam, Gangjin, and Boseong, 23 degrees in Goheung and Wando, 22 degrees in Hampyeong, Yeonggwang, and Haenam, 21 degrees in Muan, 20 degrees in Jindo, 19 degrees in Mokpo, and 18 degrees in Sinan, which is higher than the previous day.
Waves on the sea will be 0.5 to 1 meter high in the coastal waters of the West and South Seas. Fine dust levels will be 'bad' and ultrafine dust levels will be 'normal'.
An official from the Meteorological Administration said, "Please pay attention to pedestrian and traffic safety as there is concern about damage from falling objects such as banners and branches, as well as fallen or broken trees."
