GS Construction announced on the 17th that it has won the contract for the Samhwan Garak Apartment Housing Reconstruction Maintenance Project.
The contract amount is 460.562 billion KRW, which corresponds to 3.58% of the 2024 sales forecast. The contract period is 42 months from the actual start of construction.
The Samhwan Garak Apartment reconstruction project involves constructing a complex of 1,077 residential units and auxiliary welfare facilities in 8 buildings ranging from 4 basement floors to 35 above-ground floors at 176 Garak-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul.
