'i-ONE Guard' is a platform that provides various security services, including a 'self-diagnostic' service that allows users to check their own financial transactions and smartphone security within i-ONE Bank (personal).
Customers using 'i-ONE Guard' can safely protect their smartphones from various financial accidents and fraud risks through services such as ▲'i-ONE Vaccine Service' that blocks security threats in real time ▲'My Smartphone Diagnostic Service' that self-checks various risk factors ▲'Safe Care Service' that provides integrated security services.
In particular, the phishing message diagnosis, call manipulation diagnosis, and threat app diagnosis functions provided by the 'My Smartphone Diagnostic Service' are the first services in the banking sector that allow real-time inspection of latent risks on smartphones to check security status.
IBK Industrial Bank integrates all security services previously offered in i-ONE Bank (personal), such as the 'Non-face-to-face ID Safe Service' and 'Time, Location, Account Safe Care Service,' into 'i-ONE Guard.'
