Deloitte Korea Group announced on the 17th that it has been appointed as the first member company of 'Milal BridgeOn Partners,' a collaborative corporate membership program by Milal Welfare Foundation aimed at creating an ecosystem for disabled artists.

Milal BridgeOn Partners carries the meaning of 'Partners for Art.' It supports the training of disabled artists and stable artistic activities, aiming for complete social integration of people with and without disabilities. It is a membership program for partner companies participating in the creation of a disabled art ecosystem through workplace disability awareness education, employment linkage with disabled artists, sponsorship of disability cultural and artistic projects, purchase of works by disabled artists, and corporate introductions. The program for membership includes collaborative projects conducted with Deloitte Korea Group.
To be appointed as a Milal BridgeOn Partner, companies must meet certain criteria such as ▲conducting workplace disability awareness education ▲linking employment with disabled artists ▲sponsoring disability cultural and artistic projects ▲purchasing works by disabled artists ▲carrying out social contribution collaborative projects through corporate introductions.
The appointment ceremony held the day before at Deloitte Korea Group headquarters was attended by key executives including Hong Jong-seong, CEO of Deloitte Korea Group, CTO Yoo Byung-moon, as well as Jeong Hyeong-seok, Executive Director of Milal Welfare Foundation, and Jeong Gyu-tae, Center Director, among other stakeholders.
CEO Hong said, "Deloitte Korea Group is fostering an inclusive corporate culture through various social contribution activities, and through this appointment as the first Milal BridgeOn Partner company, we aim to contribute further to the revitalization of the disabled art ecosystem." He added, "We will continue to provide practical support to create a society where people with and without disabilities live together harmoniously."
Executive Director Jeong expressed, "We are pleased that Deloitte Korea Group is joining as the first Milal BridgeOn Partner company," and said, "We will do our best to ensure this collaboration provides real opportunities for disabled artists."
Meanwhile, Milal Welfare Foundation operates various welfare projects to promote the welfare of people with disabilities and plans to expand cooperation with companies through Milal BridgeOn Partners.
