The revised housing supply regulations that took effect last month allow those who have children born after June 19 of last year to have an additional special supply opportunity even if they have previously received special supply. Newlywed special supply is available to applicants who are members of a household without a home as of the recruitment announcement date. The down payment has been lowered to 5%, with the first installment fixed at 5 million KRW. Previously, for Complex 1, it was 10% with the first installment at 10 million KRW. Resale is allowed six months after the winner announcement date. The resale eligibility date comes before the mid-term loan contract date.

A large-scale semiconductor cluster is being established, which is expected to increase residential demand in the vicinity. Well-developed roads make commuting to nearby semiconductor industrial complexes convenient. The company explained that the plan to convert National Road No. 45, which runs through the district, into an elevated park will allow Complexes 1 to 3 to be enjoyed as one living area.

Combining Complexes 1 to 3 results in a large-scale complex of 3,724 households. The landscaping area accounts for 40% of the site area, which is expected to create a pleasant environment within the complex. Various exercise and convenience facilities such as screen tennis, indoor tennis practice courts, sauna, and shared offices will be included in the residents' common facilities.
