Forcing Cesarean Sections, Claiming Natural Birth Reduces Brain Size
Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla, who is confirmed to have a total of 14 children, has expressed concerns that Earth's civilization is threatened by population decline and believes that an increase in intelligent people is necessary to correct this. Foreign media reports have revealed that Musk donated sperm with the intention of increasing his offspring and was involved in the birth methods.
The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) reported on the 15th (local time), citing influencer Ashley Saint Clair, who claimed to have given birth to Musk's 13th child out of wedlock. Musk currently has 14 confirmed children with four women, including Canadian singer Grimes. WSJ stated that several of Musk's close associates believe the actual number of his children is much higher.
According to Saint Clair, Musk usually referred to his children as a "legion," a term used for ancient Roman legions. These legions were composed of thousands of soldiers and played a crucial role in expanding the Roman Empire's territory. During Saint Clair's pregnancy, Musk reportedly sent a message saying, "Before the end of the world comes, we might need to use surrogates to increase the second generation to the level of a 'legion.'"
This perspective?that civilization will collapse without childbirth?is aligned with the "pro-natalist" views widely spread in the American right-wing camp. Musk has repeatedly expressed concerns about low birth rates through social media and media interviews, and he has also mentioned South Korea's serious low birth rate situation.
In particular, Musk has reportedly expressed concern that birth rates in third-world countries are higher than those in the U.S. or Europe. He has argued that educated people should have more children.
Additionally, Musk is said to have donated sperm with the purpose of increasing his offspring. In 2023, when a famous Japanese woman requested his sperm for pregnancy, he accepted.
WSJ also reported that Musk recommended cesarean section births with the aim of maximizing the intelligence of his children. Musk once posted on X (formerly Twitter) that "natural birth limits brain size, and cesarean section allows for a bigger brain," and it has been confirmed that he advised Saint Clair to give birth via cesarean section.

There have also been claims that Musk recruited women to give birth to his children through X. In the case of conservative influencer Saint Clair, Musk showed interest in her posts and exchanged messages, which eventually led to her having a child. Tiffany Fong, a cryptocurrency influencer and friend of Saint Clair, reportedly received a request from Musk to have a child. Musk showed interest by liking and commenting on Fong's posts and asked, "Are you interested in having my child?" However, when Fong declined his offer and confided in acquaintances, Musk unfollowed her.
WSJ reported that Musk, through agents, forced women who were pregnant with his children to keep the identity of the father secret and used child support payments as leverage. After Saint Clair gave birth to his child, Musk demanded silence about the paternity in exchange for a lump sum of $15 million (approximately 21.4 billion KRW) and monthly child support of $100,000 (approximately 1.42 billion KRW), and similar agreements were made with other mothers.
Moreover, Musk included a clause requiring the full return of the $15 million if the contract was breached. When Saint Clair revealed on social media that she had given birth to Musk's child, he withdrew the financial support offer and reduced the monthly child support to $20,000 (approximately 28.5 million KRW). Saint Clair said she was warned by Musk's agent that "Musk is a kind and generous person, but if a woman who has his child chooses legal action, worse outcomes always occur."
