Gwangju Urban Corporation (President Kim Seungnam) announced on the 16th that it will conduct disaster safety experience training for 28 new employees at the Jeonbuk Imsil 119 Safety Experience Center on the 18th.
This experiential training program is designed to strengthen practical crisis response capabilities by allowing participants to experience various disaster situations such as fires, earthquakes, typhoons, and aircraft accidents.
The new employees participating in the training will receive systematic disaster response training through 4D disaster videos and hands-on crisis escape experiences by type. This experiential training focuses on developing the ability to respond quickly and accurately in real-life situations, beyond just theory.
Kim Seungnam, President of Gwangju Urban Corporation, said, "Raising employees' awareness and response capabilities regarding disasters is the first step to safe organizational management," and added, "We will continue to provide effective safety training for all executives and employees in the future."
Meanwhile, the corporation plans to use this experiential training as an opportunity to enhance the safety capabilities of new employees and to spread a culture of safety throughout the organization.
