Focus AI announced on the 16th that it will launch a new service, the One ID solution, next month. The goal is to achieve innovation in the fields of smart security and operation systems.
The One ID solution, introduced by the Smart Commerce Division, integrates previously separate systems such as the sales management system (POS), artificial intelligence (AI) monitoring, and operation systems into a single account to enhance management efficiency and execution capability.
Previously, various systems were not interconnected, causing inefficiencies in management and excessive costs. However, with access and control possible through a single ID, integrated management becomes feasible.
In particular, by utilizing AI-equipped closed-circuit television (CCTV), it is possible to detect abnormal signs on-site and provide real-time alerts. After installation, a comprehensive response system is established, including regular report issuance and after-service (AS), supporting security systems in various environments.
A representative from Focus AI’s Smart Commerce Division stated, "Instead of a complex decision-making structure, we are proud to introduce technology that supports security and operation systems at the pace of the field." They added, "Through a powerful integrated management system, we will maximize user convenience and expand our customer base."
