JLKE, Korea-Japan Medical AI Web Symposium Held

Medical AI specialist JLK (CEO Dongmin Kim) announced on the 16th that it will hold an online web symposium on the 21st with stroke experts from Korea and Japan to share the latest clinical cases and technological capabilities using its stroke AI solution.

The web symposium, titled "Utilization of Stroke AI Solutions by Global Experts," will feature speakers including Professor Manabu Inoue from the National Cerebral and Cardiovascular Center in Japan, Professor Chikyung Kim from Korea University Guro Hospital, and JLK's Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Wisun Ryu.

The event will be broadcast live via the HMP platform starting at 7 PM on the 21st and will proceed in the following order: ▲ Introduction to the latest research on stroke solutions (Wisun Ryu) ▲ The necessity of stroke perfusion imaging (Manabu Inoue) ▲ How neurologists use stroke solutions (Chikyung Kim) ▲ Q&A session.

The speakers will focus on the potential integration of AI technology in stroke diagnosis and treatment and actual use cases, while also exploring the global expansion potential of JLK's technology. Additionally, Professor Manabu Inoue from the National Cerebral and Cardiovascular Center will emphasize the response of the Japanese medical community and the technical suitability of JLK's solution.

Professor Inoue has evaluated that JLK's AI stroke solution has reached a level that meets the practical demands of Japanese medical sites in terms of imaging interpretation accuracy and speed, and has reported high interest from the Japanese cerebrovascular disease academic and medical communities. He analyzed that JLK's stroke AI solution has matured enough to be sufficiently utilized in actual clinical environments, making its success highly likely within Japan.

JLK CEO Dongmin Kim stated, "Through continuous exchanges with global experts, we are establishing a foundation for the practical use of JLK solutions in Asian markets, including Japan." He added, "Especially since Japan's cerebrovascular treatment field holds global authority, we expect this web symposium to be a turning point for gaining trust and expanding clinical application within Japan."

JLK plans to reaffirm the trust it has built within the Japanese medical community through this web symposium and to establish a foothold for clinical cooperation and sales expansion in the Japanese market going forward.
