The official ceremony will include a progress report, a book donation ceremony (Undang Nanum Foundation), commemorative speeches, congratulatory remarks, an unveiling ceremony, and tours of the facility and exhibitions.

For the commemorative event, there will be a viewing of the mural "Yellow Cat" by internationally renowned artist Thoma Vuille and a special exhibition of Bologna picture book illustrations (hosted by the Undang Nanum Foundation).

Deputy Mayor Ahn Seungdae stated, "I hope the Children and Youth Library will become a space where joy and learning coexist for the children of Ulsan," adding, "We will continue to ensure that all citizens can experience culture in their daily lives and strive to make Ulsan a city where books and emotions flow."

The Ulsan Children and Youth Library is a complex cultural space designed so that children and youth, the future of Ulsan, can naturally nurture their dreams by engaging closely with books and art.

This space combines reading, exhibitions, and experiential activities, and is carefully designed to suit the perspectives of children and youth.

Specialized areas have been established, including reading rooms for infants and children, a youth reading room, various IT experience zones, a family reading area where families can read together, a book curation zone introducing books on various themes, and digital and creative learning experience zones to foster creative thinking.

The library is open to all citizens, who can freely use the space. It is expected to become a complex cultural space where visitors can enjoy reading and experience the latest IT facilities.

It is especially meaningful as a public cultural facility established through joint participation by both the public and private sectors.
