On Wednesday the 16th, temperatures will rise, being similar to or slightly higher than the average (low 3?10°C, high 16?21°C). The morning low temperature will be 1?10°C, and the daytime high temperature will be 18?26°C. As temperatures gradually increase, the temperature difference between day and night will be around 20°C, so caution is advised for health management.

Especially from the afternoon, winds will be very strong with instantaneous speeds exceeding 70 km/h (over 90 km/h in mountainous areas) mainly in the northern part of Jeju Island and mountainous areas above the mid-altitude of Jeju Island.


Strong winds of 30?50 km/h will blow across all seas, causing high waves. Wave heights will be 0.5?2.0 m in the East Sea coastal waters, and 0.5?1.5 m in the West Sea and South Sea coastal waters. In the offshore waters (about 200 km from the coastline), wave heights are expected to be 0.5?2.5 m in the East Sea, West Sea, and South Sea.
