Gwangju Chamber of Commerce Hosts Gwangju Philharmonic Orchestra Concert for Member Companies

The Gwangju Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Chairman Han Sangwon) announced on the 15th that it will hold a 'Classical Music Viewing Event' in collaboration with the local community to expand cultural experiences for employees of member companies.

This event will take place on the afternoon of the 25th at the Grand Theater of the Gwangju Culture and Art Center. The event, held for the first time this year, aims to encourage the hard work of member company employees amid challenging external circumstances and to provide them with a moment of relaxation and inspiration.

The event will feature a concert performed in collaboration with the Gwangju Philharmonic Orchestra, with a program designed for everyone from classical music beginners to enthusiasts. Pianist Kim Taehyung, who completed the highest performer courses at the Berlin and Hannover State Universities of Music and has received international attention by winning major competitions at home and abroad, will perform at the event.

A representative from the Gwangju Chamber of Commerce and Industry stated, "We hope this event will provide an opportunity for local company employees to experience classical music more comfortably," adding, "We will continue to strengthen our ties with member companies through various cultural events in the future."
