Yeongju City Promotes Gyeongbuk Small Business New Wave Change-Up Project

Up to 5 Million Won in Support
For Small Business Owners Seeking to Improve Management Environment

Yeongju City in North Gyeongsang Province will be recruiting participants for the '2025 Gyeongbuk Small Business New Wind Change-Up Project' from April 16 to May 19 to improve the business environment and management capabilities of small business owners.

This project targets small business owners who have been operating for more than six months after starting a business in the region, and provides a variety of customized programs focused on professional management consulting and support for store environment improvement.

Support items include production of promotional materials, replacement of outdoor signs, improvement of store interior and exterior environments, upgrading of smart systems, and establishment of kids care zones. Each business can receive up to 5 million won (80% of the supply price) in support.

Applications can be submitted online (Moiso App), by mail, or in person from April 16 to 6:00 PM on May 19. For more details, refer to the Gyeongsangbuk-do Economic Promotion Agency website or contact the Small Business Counseling Center.

Kim Wonseop, Head of the Job and Economy Division, said, "Although this project may be small, I hope it will provide practical help to small business owners who are struggling due to the ongoing economic downturn and reduced consumption." He added, "We expect this to be an opportunity to enhance competitiveness and revitalize the local economy through improvements in store environments and management capabilities."
