The consulting program consists of: ▲Introduction to the Jeonbuk Master Craftsman system ▲On-site inspection based on a checklist ▲Sharing of real-life cases of master craftsman selection ▲Explanation of key points in document preparation ▲Q&A and 5-minute individual counseling sessions.

In particular, by sharing detailed tips on document preparation and practical know-how based on actual cases of those selected as master craftsmen, the event is expected to help participants overcome uncertainties in the document preparation process and significantly improve their chances of success.

'Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province Master Craftsman' is an honor awarded to individuals who possess the highest level of skilled technology in the province's industrial field and have contributed to technological advancement. Only one person per field and up to three people per year are selected.

Selected master craftsmen receive a certificate and a nameplate, as well as a total of 15 million KRW (3 million KRW per year for 5 years) as a technology incentive. This is expected to not only boost the morale of skilled technicians but also greatly contribute to the transmission and spread of local technical expertise.

Kim Intae, Director of Corporate Attraction Support at Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province, said, "I hope this consulting session will provide practical confidence to prospective master craftsmen," and added, "We will continue to actively support the enhancement of the social status of skilled technicians and the succession of local technology for future generations."

Announcements related to the Jeonbuk Master Craftsman system can be found on the Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province website, and those wishing to participate in the consulting session can register through the pre-application link.
