Daewoo Construction to Launch Sales Next Month for Dongtan Forepark Jayeon & Prugio... Subject to Price Ceiling System

Daewoo E&C announced on the 15th that it will launch sales of Dongtan Forepark Jayeon & Prugio next month.

The new apartment complex will be located in Block 2, A76, Dongtan 2 New City, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do. It consists of 17 buildings with 25 floors above ground and 2 basement levels, totaling 1,524 households. By type, there are 677 units of 84㎡A, 316 units of 84㎡B, 14 units of 84㎡C, and 114 units of 84㎡D. Additionally, there are 386 units of 97㎡A, 14 units of 97㎡B, and 3 units of 142㎡P.

The sale price ceiling system will be applied through a private participation public sale method. Dongtan 2 New City is comfortable with many parks and green spaces, and is well equipped with transportation infrastructure and various convenience facilities. The GTX-A and SRT wide-area transportation networks provide excellent accessibility to Seoul and major areas. A tram connecting Dongtan Station and Byeongjeom Station is scheduled to open in 2028. A tram station will be located in front of the complex.

The company explained that with its well-established wide-area transportation network, the complex is likely to benefit from the future activation of the Yongin Semiconductor Cluster. Within a 1 km radius, there are 4 elementary schools, 3 middle schools, and 2 high schools.

The exterior features a curtain wall look, and the interior is mainly designed with 4-bay slab-type layouts. Facilities for residents include a fitness center, a small library, a daycare center, a care center, and a sky lounge. There are 2,290 parking spaces, approximately 1.5 spaces per household. The wide spacing between buildings is advantageous for sunlight exposure and residents' privacy. The model house will be located in Yeongcheon-dong, Hwaseong-si.
