This recruitment is a strategic move to preemptively attract promising companies and institutions ahead of general sales, aiming to create an advanced industrial ecosystem and revitalize the local economy.

The recruitment target includes companies and institutions eligible to move into the industrial facility sites of the Technovalley, and applications can be submitted via email or in person.

Companies wishing to move in must submit a detailed business plan, and the announcement can be found on the Yangju City Hall website.

Submitted applications will undergo a comprehensive evaluation by the 'Yangju City Investment Attraction Deliberation Committee,' assessing the necessity of residency, business feasibility, employment and investment effects, and linkage with local industries.

Selected companies will proceed with a residency agreement with Yangju City, followed by a negotiated contract process through consultation with Gyeonggi Province, and the final results will be individually notified in May.

Yangju City plans to secure promising companies and research and educational institutions early through this opportunity and develop Gyeonggi Yangju Technovalley into a leading advanced industrial hub in northern Gyeonggi.

A Yangju City official stated, "Gyeonggi Yangju Technovalley is a core strategic project that will change the future of Yangju," adding, "We look forward to bold challenges from companies and institutions with growth potential."
