'Electronic Information at a Glance'... Gwangju University Hosim Library Hosts Electronic Information Expo

Gwangju University (President Kim Dongjin) announced on the 14th that the Hosim Memorial Library recently held the '2025 Hosim Memorial Library Electronic Information Expo'.

This expo was designed to enhance the smart academic information utilization skills of Gwangju University members, allowing them to directly experience and learn how to use a variety of electronic information resources.

At the event, major academic database providers such as DBpia, KISS, e-article, Schola, KRpia, and EBSCO operated educational booths, offering detailed guidance on how to use their services and sharing study tips. Additionally, practical electronic resources such as the digital magazine platform 'Moazine' and the online course 'Eduwill, National Technical Qualifications' were also introduced for everyday life and academic purposes.

About 160 participants attended the event, where they were able to experience various electronic information resources firsthand and receive expert consultations. The expo provided an opportunity to access a wide range of materials useful for undergraduate classes, report writing, and thesis preparation all in one place.

Park Sungwoo, Director of the Hosim Memorial Library, said, "The ability to utilize academic information in the digital era is a core competency for university life," and added, "We plan to continue organizing various events to improve accessibility and convenience in using electronic information."
