The Jinan-gun Rural Return and Settlement Support Center (hereinafter referred to as the Center) in North Jeolla Province announced on the 14th that it will open a training course for 'Rural Guesthouse Operators' as part of its Startup Incubation School program.
This training is targeted at returnees and new settlers in Jinan-gun. Applications will be accepted from the 14th until the 9th of next month, with a total of 10 participants to be selected. The training will be held over eight sessions from the 14th of next month to June 25th, and participation is free of charge.
The main curriculum includes: ▲Understanding agricultural management ▲Information on permits and licenses ▲Understanding accommodation-type and experience-type guesthouse businesses ▲Understanding service quality evaluation ▲Practical concept board creation ▲Field visits to rural guesthouse case studies, among others.
To provide practical and customized training, final participants will be selected through preliminary interviews with applicants. Those wishing to participate should apply via the Jinan-gun Rural Return and Settlement Center website or the provided webpage address by the 9th of next month.
A Center official stated, "The Startup Incubation School aims to provide entrepreneurship education to those who have returned or relocated to the county, helping them establish an economic foundation and increase the added value of their businesses. We will ensure that the training is substantial and genuinely helpful for prospective or early-stage rural guesthouse entrepreneurs."
